Description

Tinkerbell's ideal home

Tinkerbell is an adorable angel who will make a lovely companion. She’s not had a great start in life and can be a little worried, so won’t want to share her home with young children. Given a little patience (and some tasty food!) and she soon comes round, so she’ll be fine to live with sensible children of secondary school age. Tinkerbell would do well as the only dog in the home, but she does mix with other dogs and in the right set-up could also live with one. A secure garden would be ideal for her, as she can be worried and she would enjoy this time outside without needing to see the wider world.

Could you be Tinkerbell's perfect match?

Can you provide a loving home for a loving lady? If so, take a look at Tinkerbell! She deserves nothing but the best and will be an amazing addition to a home once she’s had time to find her paws. An understanding family who will give her time and room to adapt would be just what she’s looking for. Tinkerbell loves playing with toys and also loves her treats! She is a bit less fond of handling, but does like fuss after building a bond with someone. We don’t have any home history for her but think she’ll be ok being left for an hour or so, with a view to building on this once she’s settled. She came to us from another rescue who said that she travelled really well in the car, but she’d benefit from some confidence building as she’s a bit nervous about jumping in. Tinkerbell is a really clever girl and really tries to keep her kennel clean, so with access to a garden of her own she should pick it up in no time.

This will include things like loose lead walking (he doesn't know how strong he is) and ongoing

  • Age: 1 year

Dave's ideal home Dave is a fabulous young boy who needs a bit of a helping hand in life. He is friendly with people but is a bit prone to adolescent grabbing and mouthing behaviours if he gets frustrated. For this reason he is looking for an adult-only home. Dave enjoys meeting other dogs and would potentially benefit from living with one, though this is not a necessity.

Rottweiler Buying Checklist

We highly recommend every buyer reads through the below advice when purchasing or rehoming a Rottweiler.

  • View the animal in the place it was born and raised - check for genuine home environments if buying privately, or the quality of the breeders set-up if applicable.
  • If viewing a puppy under 6 months, by law they MUST be seen with their mum.
  • Make sure the animal's old enough to be rehomed. 8 weeks should be the earliest a puppy can be rehomed.
  • By law, all dogs MUST be microchipped

Avoid Potential Scams

There are a number of red flags to look out for when purchasing a new puppy:

  • Seller demands a deposit without allowing you to see the dog first - never send any money before meeting the animal in person
  • Seller is reluctant to send you additional photos or videos
  • Seller offers to deliver the dog/puppy
  • Seller asks to meet in a mutual location
  • Seller uses fake or stolen photos from the internet. Always carry out a "Google image search".

Although we have a number of automated systems in place to prevent scam and fraudulant adverts, these can never be 100% accurate and its important to use caution when buying online. We do not accept any responsibility for transactions between our users, especially when our safe buying advice is not followed.
