Description

Zena's ideal home

Zena is a stunning 1yr old Staffy Rottweiler Crossbreed who, although having quite an unsettled time recently, has adapted well and is doing great with her training. She will need adopters who are happy to work with our team to continue to bring out the best in her. She’s a big strong lass so won’t suit living with children, but young adults will be fine. She can be a bit choosey about which dogs she likes but she is progressing with her muzzle training for when she's out and about. This means she'll need to be the only pet in her home. A secure garden is vital, so she has somewhere to play and continue her housetraining. * SCROLL THROUGH ZENA'S PICS TO SEE A VIDEO OF HER IN ACTION! *

Could you be Zena's perfect match?

Zena is a fabulous dog who’s got a lot of potential, but she needs her adopters to put in a bit of training work initially. She is very strong on lead so certainly not for the feint-hearted, but she’s doing well with her loose-lead training and in confident and capable hands she is very manageable. After a few meets you’ll find her lots of fun, and super cuddly with her friends! She has been working on her dog socialisation and will need to continue this slowly once she’s settled into her new home. If you love big, beefy affectionate dogs then you could be a great match for Zena.

Rottweiler Buying Checklist

We highly recommend every buyer reads through the below advice when purchasing or rehoming a Rottweiler.

  • View the animal in the place it was born and raised - check for genuine home environments if buying privately, or the quality of the breeders set-up if applicable.
  • If viewing a puppy under 6 months, by law they MUST be seen with their mum.
  • Make sure the animal's old enough to be rehomed. 8 weeks should be the earliest a puppy can be rehomed.
  • By law, all dogs MUST be microchipped

Avoid Potential Scams

There are a number of red flags to look out for when purchasing a new puppy:

  • Seller demands a deposit without allowing you to see the dog first - never send any money before meeting the animal in person
  • Seller is reluctant to send you additional photos or videos
  • Seller offers to deliver the dog/puppy
  • Seller asks to meet in a mutual location
  • Seller uses fake or stolen photos from the internet. Always carry out a "Google image search".

Although we have a number of automated systems in place to prevent scam and fraudulant adverts, these can never be 100% accurate and its important to use caution when buying online. We do not accept any responsibility for transactions between our users, especially when our safe buying advice is not followed.
