Lisa's ideal home

Are you looking for a dog who is heaps of fun? Then take a look at Lisa! She is looking for an adult-only home as the only pet and just loves play! She has done fabulously with all her training though, and really blossoms in a home environment. Once Lisa has built a relationship with you she will be a friend for life but as she sometimes finds meeting new people a little scary she has an intro plan in place. This means her family will need to come to see her several times at the centre, and we will then transition to a home environment with some visits. She’s definitely worth the effort, so if you want a playful, affectionate girl in your life please do get in touch! Due to her worries out and about Lisa is walked wearing a muzzle, but she doesn’t mind this at all and looks great wearing it.

Lisa is a loveable and very smart 3-year-old Rottweiler/German Shepherd Cross and she can’t wait to show you all her tricks! She recently had a weekend away with one of our staff and was very easy-going and a delightful companion. With a family that have a keen interest in training she will flourish and show off all the best sides of her brilliant, fun personality. Lisa copes well with being left, and could be left for an hour or so to start, with a view to building this gradually to ensure she is still happy. To help her out and about she would love quiet walks in low-dog-populated areas before building up to busier times. Luckily car travel is no problem for this fabulous lady so she can be driven to quieter areas. Lisa has remained housetrained during her stay with us and she is looking forward to being spoiled with lots of walks, treats and love.
